The following is a typical troll/agitator post.

Across much of this thread, strela has argued that Terri Schiavo is dead for 13 years just still breathing, that Terri Schiavo cannot know anything, cannot sense in any meaningful way, yet strela opines on "continued torture". When someone brings up the fact that Terri's parents are more than willing to provide food and water to Terri and care for her rather than have her executed by Greer's court order allowing Michael Schiavo to have her starved/dehydrated to death, strela raises the strawman of "the government responsible to provide food and water to every citizen". These are typical agitator techniques, described well in Barbara Olsen's book on Hillary, where Barbara explains Hillary's love for Saul Alinsky. You will note the taunt added at the end of the operant sentence, "Live with it", a sure sign of glee at playing word games for debating points, deaf/heartless to the humanity involved in the posters or the issue.

Strela is not the only one using these agitator tactics, so be on the alert for more of the same on the Terri Schiavo threads.

That's just it I have seen video's of her which apparently are different than what ya'll have seen. The video I saw showed a woman who had serious problems and the only movement or sign's of life I saw was her semi-smiling-laughing at a cartoon. So yes I would have to come to a conclusion on what I observed, maybe there's footage I need to see and I intend to. Understand i'm not some bloodthirsty villian who want's an innocent woman to die. What I said, I said with feelings and compassion towards her spending the rest of her life as an invalid unable to live any life whatsoever. I truly hope i'm wrong and she can pull out of this nosedive that she is locked into.

IMO, the main problem is that dear old hubby spent the rehab money on legal battles and girlfriend/kids. I have complete faith she would have been much farther along. I don't care if Bill Gates steps forward and promises to pay the freight for the poor woman for the rest of her life. At what point do you finally say "enough" and grant her release from her hell on earth?

At what point did you become God, with the right to overrule her will to live?

When they told her that they were going to kill her if she didn't prove to them that she was human, she became extremely agitated, frightened, and tried to get out of her chair.

She does NOT want to die!

The claim that she does want to die is a LIE, promulgated by her unfaithful "husband".

When she did have her own legal representation, her attorney said that her husband should NOT be allowed to decide for her death, because of his obvious conflict of interest.

So what happened? Her counsel was dismissed by the court, and was not replaced -- leaving the "husband" in charge of her life -- and her death.

The fix has been in for quite some time. This is a filthy, corrupt, vile situation. Anyone who stands up for it is either ignorant, or beneath contempt.

Oh, one last thing: you plonked me, remember? So I trust you will NOT be replying to this.

Jeb Bush is really risking his career here; I don't think he fully understands how outraged people are over this case. His failure to act to save Terri and his lame excuses about the whole case will not be forgotten. He is acting just like a Democrat.

I think that you're right, I'm one of those guy's on the fence who know's I wouldn't want someone I love to die for any reason. But I look at that woman and think what if that was my wife or my kid, would I want them to live like that? I don't think I would, not out of hate or something sinister, but out of love. As for the husband not giving this woman the care she needed to prevent this, I can only say he needs his ass kicked if that's true.

You are correct. Many people think that a disabled person who cannot move their muscles vigorously is also brain damaged in thinking ability. Such is not the case. The brain is a complex organ and has many facets and capabilities. My own mother in law is dying of Lou Gehrig's disease, she can't move much at all, but she is still smart as a whip and understands everything that is going on around her.
