CGato.

It seems the people who promote the guy who they say is “the most principled candidate in the race” and who wrote the book titled “A Time For Truth” are the one having a hard time with my simple question;

How many votes did Kasich and Trump get in Colorado??

Do you know why that might be?? Why would that be such a hard question for a Cruz supporter to answer?

.I’ve been saying just that very thing. I’m not the first to notice it but I have been posting about it.

Without posting a vanity thread, it is hard to get the word out, and most vanities are poo-pooed as pure personal opinion to be attacked as nonsense.

Catch-22.

I hear ya. While people are entitled to their opinion what is developing now is downright tyranny and if these users don't wake up, they'll find themselves on the wrong side of our freedoms and liberties. If they are doing it on purpose, may they be zotted.

Logic doesn’t work with this crowd. It’s a conspiracy.

Ah, so sarcasm. It’s kind of hard to tell if the /s isn’t there with some of these fanatical Cruz fans responding. My apologies.

I agree. They also won’t touch when I point out this is all a moot point if Ted Cruz just had the decency to pull out of the race, since it’s almost impossible to get the remaining delegates to take this outright.

If they are making large contributions to FR how can they get the boot. Too many here are getting a free ride so those who do contribute are supporting this valuable asset.

Until now they were just another voice.

Specify the rule or law, either Party, civil or criminal, that his campaign has broken. Go ahead. You’ve made the “stolen” charge, now. Let’s see you back it up .

This isn’t about being prepared for delegate stealing by the Cruz campaign. I think Trump and most others, if they were capable of some honesty, would acknowledge that by this time with Trump ahead in the process, with Cruz with basically no chance to reach the magical number for the nomination, would likely have dropped out by now and all this delegate crap would be mute like in years past.

So why is Cruz still on his quest? He’s either working for the GOP or he thinks he’s better than all of the voters that have gone for Trump; if it’s the latter then it’s just plain arrogance. I have come to the conclusion in all of my lurking around on this site and others that Cruz is not principled or an honorable person. Otherwise, he would drop out and get behind Trump and the party to defeat the dems. He could drop out and come back like Reagan did, but nope, he’s he!! bent on doing whatever damage he can do (tearing the country further apart) to not only Trump but to himself as well. I’m saying this because he’s behind in the numbers and likely to be in worse shape after NY and is trying to force a contested or brokered convention. Even if Cruz were somehow to snag the nomination (which I think that’s all his supporters care about is just getting the nomination but forestall looking at the bigger picture) that he is very very unlikely to win the general election as the numbers just will not be there.

It’s getting somewhat concerning that Cruz will go to any means necessary to justify the end.

You are 100% correct, sad though that certain people can’t understand the narrative looking at them.

Tell me this. Do you support voters showing up for an election where ID is required to vote, if they have failed to follow rules and did not bring said ID, that they should be enfranchised and allowed a vote? After all, "people should be allowed to vote in our democracy", so we have maximum participation.. Can you honestly tell me your position? We've talked a lot on FR about voter ID laws here and Democrats. this is critical to my argument.

Talking like a lawyer, eh? Long before there was the law, there was tradition. And before there was tradition there was custom. The law is often a shoddy embodiment of custom and tradition created to keep lawyers employed. It often doesn’t meet the peoples definition of what most of us fundamentally view as right and wrong.

For example murdering a child through abortion is called “legal” but to most of us it’s murder. Likewise when Ted Cruz steals our votes he’s not breaking the law, but rather violating long held custom and tradition. Cruz will never be put in jail for his violation of these customs and traditions, but he will surely pay a price for his theft in public opinion.

Hannity for one. He hasn’t been able to hide his Cruz support until now. Suddenly he doesn’t seem to feel the love as much as he watches Cruz join the GOP to defeat the people.

lolol - you missed last night where a new one pretty much declared I voted for Al Gore and demanded that I confess - to being a Democrat.

The wheels are coming off the crazy bus.

That bus is going to plow it's own path right down the embankment before it's all over, mark my words:
