I mean, why WOULDN’T we want to deny guns to people on a secret list, where there is no way to determine how you got put on it nor any way to challenge your inclusion? What could POSSIBLY go wrong???
The No-Fly List itself is unconstitutional. If you are so bad to be on that list, you should be being deported or imprisoned in jail.
