They indirectly killed amnesty.
Cuccinelli whipped up anger against the donors and Cantor. There was a lot of hate against Cantor and Lt Gov Bill Bolling.
Mourdock got rid of Dick Lugar. Lugar is to the left of McCain and Graham. Lugar voted for every single amnesty and or immigration surge bill from 1986-2010. Bennett and Murkowski were worse than McCain. McCain voted no in 2010 based on the pushback in Arizona.
O’Donnell denied Castle the chance to be a Senator because of amnesty and other issues. Scott Brown is not making that mistake. Brown is whipping up anger against the Ayotte-Shaheen amnesty bill.
George Allen and Tommy Thomspon were squishes on immigration.
Ken Buck stopped McCain’s and Jan Brewer’s(Brewer supports McCain for Senate & reform by congress) Colorado puppet.
Buck is heading to the House of Reps to vote more conservative than Gardner was voting.
Todd Akin got Karl Rove to joke about killing him. That was the start of the latest downward trend of Rove. In 2013 Steve King trolled Karl Rove by pretending to run for Senate. King rising was in part due to picking a fight with Rove and pretending to support Akin’s quote. He’d bait Rove into attacking him and then he’d talk about immigration and other topics.
More importantly the GOP wasted some of the time talking about the war on women crap instead of pandering to Hispanics on amnesty.
Allen West and Santorum are the only candidates talking about legal immigration.
I don’t see what Hoffman did wrong.
The TN, KS, MS and SC senate races would be safe with a conservative instead of a RINO with a large third party vote.
I support Brown for NH because he is actually more conservative than Kelly Ayotte.
I’ll tolerate Pat Toomey.
Chuck Grassley is more conservative than most Senators and he will win a state carried by Obama by a larger margin than Obama.
one solution would be to run better establishment candidates like Patrick McHenry in NC or Lt Gov Dan Forest for Senate, instead of terrible Tillis.
The kiss of death.
