Don’t we need a 67 vote to repeal Obamacare in the Senate. Let’s hope it is a bloodbath for the dimis.
We could actually see several more Dem senators up in 2014 choose to retire early on..after the 2012 elections..
Good observation. I keep saying we need about a 68% majority in BOTH houses, even with a conservative or “republican” president to ensure that the weak-kneed will be overcome. Look at Col. West. Great guy, patriot to the core, and he still voted the wrong way.

A Tea Party Congress needs to vote for Tea Party leadership. Antiquity and decrepitude and jaded experience at capitulation be damned as criteria. Otherwise the Republican Congress of 2012 will be like the Republican Congress of 2004, and get the same result as in 2006.
Destroy the old patterns. They are fatally flawed.
