But why has Trump failed to explain his liberalism?

Let’s see—run for president, then change worldview to fit the strongest emerging trend. Then pick an issue where he has nothing to lose.

Same old Donald Trump, good at calculating cost/benefit on his own behalf.

(Same Trump who spoke highly of Obama during the 08 election campaign, and wanted Hillary to be commander in chief.)

What do you mean by that? Do you think Trump is in this to protect the Constitution?

I don’t need Trump to explain the Constitution to me. The Constitution doesn’t need Trump, either.

Instead, I’d like to know why Trump supported government-run universal healthcare, up until he decided to ride the tea party wave. And why he supported anti-Constitution politicians (Hillary and John Kerry) for president.

No no, Obama never said he was born in America - He said he was born in “Amerikenya”! It was the evil Republicans who misinterpreted him! Yeah, that’s the ticket! Amerikenya!

There can be no doubt that Trump is the 21st century George Patton in civilian clothes.

It's bad when I can't get past the first sentence. Get Trump off the stage, his fifteen minutes are up.

The fact that Trump is monopolizing the news, talk shows, blogs, chat rooms, etc., for the past 3 weeks, proves that the guy has the media power like no one we have witnessed. If he is truly going to run, which I believe he is, he will go from General to President very quickly.

Is it Trump had an epiphany because he figured out Democrats are costing him in business?

I agree, but at the same time, whom do we have within our ranks that has the megaphone and the stones necessary to eviscerate Obama like he’s been doing the last few weeks? He has been calling him out like no one I’ve ever seen before. “This country is going to HELL!”, “This could be the biggest political con job in all of history.” “Obamacare is a DISASTER.” “His greatest accomplishment? He got elected.” How long have I been waiting to hear someone take it to this jerk like that? This guy is breaking every single media establishment rule for decorum and is making headway. He will literally tell the interviewer to shut up when they try to defend Obama. He is fearless.

That said, his political track record is such that maybe it’s best he doesn’t win the nomination, and we win with someone else with his help in pointing to the fact our emperor is, in fact, naked.

Another strange thing is Trump first says he thinks the birth was in Hawaii, and now he switched to saying foreign born by his response to the reporter.

If Trump is successful in exposing The Emporer’s New Clothes to be the airy wispy nothing that they in fact are then he deserves to be elected president.

And I say that as someone who has not been — and is not now — a supporter of Trump For President.

The fact is, many otherwise good conservatives claim that the Clothes are real, and that they actually see them. Only Trump has the GUTS to stand up and say the truth: the f*ing Kenyan is NAKED!

If he ends up triumphing on this issue he deserves to be elected president.

And how do we define “triumph”? Well, not necessarily impeachment. Not with Cry Baby Boner, who will probably break down weeping when the truth comes out. But merely that the truth is out there so undeniably that it materially impacts the Kenyan’s chances in the ‘12 election.

We’ll all know if and when Trump triumphs on this issue. There won’t be any doubt. And if he doesn’t, we’ll know that too.

So far he hasn’t. So far the Top Kenyan and the American Kenyan Media are able to easily brush this off.

Wishful thinking . Trump isn't going anywhere he doesn't want to .I read his fist book in the eighties . Seems to me he has manged his 15 mins pretty well. I don't think he will be president of the USA , but not because he couldn't be . Certainly not because we say he couldn't be.
