If we could make a stink and make it costly to the Democrats that voted for it here we could impact the national Program.!!!!

Not sure but if duffus signs this quickly I think that there is still time to circulate a petition and get it on the November ballot.

Just getting the signatures on a petition before November would cook duffus' goose and give Simon the win and maybe a number of legislators that wouldn't have had a chance otherwise.

This left-winged bill will eventually be struck down by either the California Supreme Court, or the US Supreme Court. The bill denies the pursuit of happiness by limiting what kinds of automobiles can be driven. What's next? IS the government going to limit how many, or what type of appliances i can own because they can't get me enough electricity? How many kids I can have because schools are overcrowded?

Yes, somewhere along the line this bill will get struck down.
