This is getting so predicatable it would be boring, if it were not for our hard earned tax dollars that are being used for this obvious political payola.
And we have hardly seen the beginning of it. Stay tuned for the massive tax burden we will all be shouldering to cover Davis' fiscal mismanagement that turned an $8 Billion surplus into a $20 Billion deficit.
The RATS will be taxing the air we breath to make up that kind of money the only way they know how.

There is nothing that private enterprise does that a state agency can't do better, according to the Davis Doctrine.

The door was NEVER open to the lowest bidder, anyway. The power to print shifted back and forth from government to unions, and back, again. The little printer never had a chance, if they weren't part of a union-- so it's all rhetoric.

OHH lord. Talk about taking capitalism out of a system.

And yet, according to that charter member of the self-appointed lunatic-left-wing-FRinge, Beatle John Lennen [In His Own Write - Simon and Schuster - 1964] -- "Everything the government touches turns to sh*t."
Isn't it time Gray-Out got up to speed?

Then came last falls gubernatorial order. Under the purported concern that some of OSPs expensive printing equipment and union-waged employees were sitting idle for portions of the year, the governors office mandated that department managers could use commercial printers only if the contract does not cause the displacement of civil service employees. This proved an effective means of shutting off the $15 million of state printing business that for years had been performed by commercial printers. Davis is a liberal union boss. He'll do anything, say anything, to help his cronies at the expense of the rest of us.
So long, Mr. Davis. We need REAL leadership.

I find it hysterical that my dem friend, an attorney, is now supporting Gray, although he admitted that Gray was a creep and relented he should not have contributed to his campaign. He also said the same a about Clinton.
Maybe it is time to start s poll. Why do you give to the dems?

Isn't it time Gray-Out got up to speed, too?
And came to understand the fundamental Truth that there is NOTHING a gummint does that cannot be done cheaper, faster, more efficiently and more profitably -- FOR EVERYONE CONCERNED -- by FRee Enterprise!

The clear signal here, is that Mark and his private sector printing colleagues must have come up way short on their kickbacks and payoffs to Blackout's friends, relatives and political associates. Condit's kids quit their "official" jobs but still needed revenue. All this means is the Davis believes he has better and more immediate control over the dirty money associated with the state's printing expenditures if he focuses it in Sacramento. Pefectly logical democrap thining. They be needing a heap o' slush money pretty soon. Those damn Mexican voters are now wanting between $5 and $10 for every vote they cast and that can add up, real quick.

It's all about (union) political contributions.
The fact that he feels the need to shore up his base this late in the game is a pretty strong indication of his actual feelings about his position.

Thanhs for the ping. This is bad but are you aware of the Union Enhancement Act that deals with Home Health Care providers. In the past most of these people dealt directly with the recipient or their family. Doofus had the Rats pass a bill that makes ALL of these employees wards of the county. And as such the county unions are saying they represent these poor folks and are demmanding full union benefits. All this with no funding for the counties which may be 4 or 5 million dollars for Humboldt County plus the union picks up several thousand new members state wide of people that were quite happy with the way things were prior.
