Well just look at the most wonderful results of all the monies spent there on education. The test results are down and Calif is a laughingstock. Stupid Democrappy Calif. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.

This is unbelieveable.
Two years ago California had a budget surplus and a heavy "rainy day" fund. Now they have a $17.5MM budget deficit.
