I love this! Stuck it right in their craw, in the middle of their "living room."
This is great!

Anyone else see the irony in this complaint?
Yeah, tell anyone you want, but leave the Almighty out of it. Are they afraid that the Lord may respond to the prayer? There's no fillibuster when He's involved.

"I don't think it's appropriate for someone to lecture us on Roe versus Wade in a prayer," Hagedorn ("DS"-Aurora) saidLet's wind the tape back and place this into an historical context:
"I don't think it's appropriate for someone to lecture us on Dred Scott in a prayer," Hagedorn ("DS"-Aurora) said
Who are today's abolitionists, if they are not the Pro-Life Movement?

I believe the US Supreme Court handed down from on high to the plebes a few years back an edict stating that babies partially delivered could be stabbed in the back of the head, their brains sucked out so the skull would collapse and then a dead baby could be delivered but no one would suffer any consequence. After all it is just a "fetus!" Lesforlife@earthlink.net

And to think she was offended because he commended the women Senators to look to Esther as a role model. She obviously hasn't read the book!! Lesforlife@earthlink.net

How can half of them be female if they're just a glob of cells? < /sarcasm>That's an easy one, Al_C: It's because their female globs of cells. < /more sarcasm>
One way to force 'em into showing even more of their true color --- although I always thought black, as in a blackened heart, was a tint rather than a color --- might be to start "advocating" for abortions of those 'globs of cells' that have the so-called 'gay gene' in their genetic code. Quicker than you could say "Roe v. Wade," those 'globs of cells' would gain all the rights of a full-grown person.
Can you imagine the howls of protest if (when?) this were to start happening, say, if a well-financed supremecist group were to go into the business of aborting "gay" babies?

Owen was weak,
But not so, Meek.

"I don't think it's appropriate for someone to lecture us on Roe versus Wade in a prayer," Hagedorn said.No. What would "prayer" have to do with the killing of babies that haven't been born yet, you sickening scumbag?
No doubt this piece of crap Hagedorn is anxiously awaiting another "campaign contribution" from Planned Parenthood and the rest of the millionaire abortion industry lobbyists.
