Well, their source was the National Enquirer. Really ?????? Where did you hear that?
To: rolling_stone
Yes!! Thank you!! (you wouldn't have happened to type that into the search engine) {{big smack on my forehead}} I'm slow tonight!!!

If I were in Westerfield's' shoes I would have thrown out anything that wasn't G-rated and would have ditched the Motorhome in Mexico. Someone in alt-true-crime had the best solution for Westerfield: He should have "rolled" the motorhome in the desert and started a gasoline fire, completely destroying the motorhome. Voila! No evidence and he collects insurance.

Depends on the nature of previous visits. Hard to explain a boot print on the interior closet wall, where he (speculation) waited for the VDs to retire.
Its not enough to show that he had been in the house. Defense would have to show a plausible reason why he was in a little girl's closet.

Touche!! BUT...If the parents had DNA charges against them, and evidence of covering up, I would call them perps too. Right now, there is no evidence of swinging for me to hold as verifiable information. As soon as it comes out, I will call them swingers....

Can't get in without authorization...

Seriously though, has anyone found any web references to the VD's for instance personal website or even online advertisements for mates? Obviously this subject is being discussed ad naseum in alt-true-crime and, yes, someone found the primary webpage of swingers in San Diego where the Van Dam's trysts were arranged. There was even one man who told about one (rather boring) evening at their garage. But being the Internet I gave it only a passing glance ... it's hard to verify.
To: crypt2k
I think their MO is now word of mouth or using Brenda as an advance person in local hang outs. In fact that was what the man (unverified) who supposedly had been to the Van Dams said: That Brenda was the "bait" ... that she would go to the bars to bring people over that they found appealing for their garage parties.

The homes assoc websight proves fruitless. Alas, we can't find out about the conditions on what can and can't be parked in driveways and for how long.
To: rolling_stone
yeah, for the minutes.. :(

I'm checking the newsletter...maybe it'll have a reminder. (they have the past 2 yrs on there)

Nice try. All talk points to the RV being at the residence that nite. Next week should be interesting. BTW the DA has a new thread, Just Started.

COMMUNITY INSPECTIONS
Once a month the community is inspected for infractions of the governing documents of the association. It appears that making improvements to your property is catching. Whole streets are beginning to take on the glow of new paint, new plant material and clean driveways. Give yourselves a big pat on the back, your looking great! In order to help you understand what is being observed, here is a list of the things that are looked at on these inspections: paint on garage doors, trim and fences, stucco, lawns, planter beds, slopes and if trash cans are being allowed to remain in view of the community. Occasionally cars, trailers and trucks are observed being stored on driveways. Please take a little time to look around your property to see if you are a candidate for a "Courtesy-Violation Letter".
That's a big not allowed

That Brenda was the "bait" ... that she would go to the bars to bring people over that they found appealing for their garage parties.YUCK........all I can imagine is middle-aged losers and disease.
To: wirestripper
He more than likely violated the rules every friday..but it will come out at some point.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
Sorry Kim, that is why he leaves it there only on fridays..it is not stored there when not in use...
To: rolling_stone
It's not in use if it's there overnight though. Technicality?

PARKING As a courtesy to your neighbors, please try not to block driveways or mailboxes when parking on the streets. A reminder to all owners, storing of vehicles on driveway is not allowed.
