Sort of speaks for itself.

I think this shows Daschle lacks clear direction. I think the dems are ticked because of a lack of info to peddle from the Whitehouse. They are all Condits.

"We seem to be good at developing entrance strategies, not so good at developing exit strategies," Byrd told Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz. Speaking for Democrats? Sen.Byrd? JFK,Johnson,Carter,Clinton come to mind. All seem to have been bailed out by Republicans.

One does not publicly and specifically reveal one's course of action in time of war to one's enemies. The question is, does Mr. Daschle fall in the latter category. It would seem so, based on his recent public statements and actions. Bottom line, I question whether he would grasp "clear direction" were it provided.

Oh man. This is SO gonna backfire on the rats.
They, as we all know, care more about party than country. They have done some stupid focus group research and seem to feel that they have a way to attack Bush.
But think about it. Less than two months before the elecion is gonna be the 1 year annaversay of 9/11. All of those emotions that (naturally) have subsided a little in the general puplic are gonna come roaring back. Memorial, specials on tv, movies, books, all this stuff is gonna fill the media.
And people are gonna look at the democrats and puke their guts out.

"I don't think the success has been overstated, but the continued success, I think, is still somewhat in doubt," Daschle said. "Oh please let us lose this war. Please, please, please. Give us a socialist take over. This is the chance of a life time! This was suppose to happen BEFORE Clinton left office! Please please, please, let us lose," Daschle said.
