Lawsuit hold over from Clinton Administration, the Justice Department was already involved in, right?

"Ms. Hall was retaliated against when she raised questions about the legality of the White House database (“WHODB”) and other activities."

Don't you mean Ms Hall believes she was retaliated against ? Isn't that what the court will decide... if, indeed, she was retaliated against ?

This really stinks if it's really going on.

Yes, you are right. (It is a holdover case from the Clinton adminstration)

It is sad enough that Bush/Ashcroft dropped the campaign finance investigation...which means Chinagate....which means national security. It is further sad that they refuse to release information regarding the thinking that led J. Reno to not appoint an IC for this (and that they continue to coverup, it seems, the FBI's corruption in Boston).

The Screw Party system knows how to protect itself. With each passing day I see less and less difference between the 2 parties.

Reread the second bold paragraph in your reply #98 and ask yourself if the Bush Justice Dept is entitled to less than the Clinton Justice Dept.

Look who's obstructing justice now.

What do you mean "now"? Bubba-2 has been covering for Bubba-1 and Bubbette! ever since day 1,and the suppressed reports of the WH being trashed by the Dims leaving. Months ago he blocked investigations into voter fraud and pardon selling by the previous Bubba's.

See your new Bubba? He's the same as your old Bubba.

I just cannot get OVER people buying into this PR from Klayman without looking into it.

What I can't get over are the people who blindly follow Bubba-2 and who are willing to make any excuse for anything he does. Face it,so far he has been to the left of Bubba-1 on everything he has done. He's created new bureaucracies, spent more on public education that even the Dims wanted, created the so-called Patriot's Act,as well as the "Office of Reich Security". He has further stated that he will sign anti-gun legislation if Congress sends it to him,and that he wants to make "instant citizens" out of 3 million illegal Mexican aliens.

We would have been far better off if Goober had won the election.
