I watched the rerun. Woods said his flight (dry run) was on August 1 (Wed). He also implied that there were 'other' witnesses on this flight that were interviewed by the FBI - I assume that he meant the flight crew as a minimum.

He also said that there were more people in first class, other than he and the four terrorists. He said that one had pointy hair and he made a V over the top of his forehead (crow's peak?) and commented that the young man looked almost like a movie star. Finally, he was cautious during the interview in that he didn't want to give out too many specifics.

He gave very laudatory remarks about the professionalism and diligence of the FBI people he came in contact with.

I don't think Bill O'Reilly realized what a valuable exclusive he had this evening. I hope that a transcript gets posted to FR tomorrow.

WOODS: ...that has been sort of misreported in the press. I did not report this to the FBI before September 11.

O'REILLY: Right, just the FAA. [Actually Woods reported it to a flight attendant and a pilot and they allegedly filed a report to the FAA]

I wonder what action was taken on that FAA report, if any?

The crew that he reported this incident to on 8/1 filed reports with the FAA shortly after his flight in August. It has been confirmed.
