Algore, with all his idiosyncrasies, could have done anything from nuking Afghanistan to asking Naomi Wolf to change the color of his boxer shorts? More than likely he'd opt for the boxer option. :-)

How do you think GORE would have handled 9/11

Gore's Secretary of Defense, former Senator Patsy Schroeder, would have appointed
a blue ribbon panel lead by Secretary of State Hillary! Rodham Clinton and
Secretary of Health and Human Services Tipper Gore to help Americans understand
the roots of radical Islamic rage.

And then we'd be friends with Al Quida and the Taliban,
with everyone living in peace and harmony and happily ever after.

THE END

The same way Clinton handled the previous 5 terror attacks against U.S. interests. All talk, no action.

Sorry, I like conservative views, but I think that a lot of party loyal Republicans live in LaLa land (same goes for party loyal Democrates). They tend to think that they live on one end of the political spectrum and the oppostition lives on the other. The unvarnished truth is that there isn't a whole lot of difference between the Reps and the Dems except for the rhetoric.

I strongly support Bush's decision to wage uncompromising war and I also think that any president would have made the same decision. The decisions of any president have to be looked at within the time frame that they are made: Ronald Reagan was a strong conservative president, yet he retaliated against Lybia by dropping a few bombs and then calling it quits. He did what the American people would have accepted at the time. This is a different time. If Ronald Reagan were the president today, he would know that the American people would accept nothing less than an uncompromising war.

Gore would have blame right wingers for the terrorists, ban guns, and then give total powers to the public health bureaucrats to quarantine people in certain areas..for our own security.

We'd also have national ID as well.

After what seemed like an inordinate amount of time spent pounding his pud, AlGore would in effect punt, i.e. "Lets Take This To The United Nations!" Where we all know it would be talked to death, with no actions taken beyond the cursory "We condem attacks such as those brought upon the United States and the Palestinian people." AlGore would then claim victory and proudly extol his efforts in securing such a UN declaration. End of story!

What Al Gore would like for all of us to forget

Algore, when asked about his illegal fundraising activities that took place in a Buddhist temple.

"I didn't realize I was in a Buddhist temple."

Please...PLEASE give me your wonderful ChiCom Money!!!
