Let's pray for her, her family, and all families that are suffering from the problems of alcohol and drug abuse.

But the authorities usually know the thugs in their own town and who the trouble makers are.
These Arizona operatives are making an effort to dig up sealed, confidential records as part of a diversion agreement that are NOT applicable in this case.
To: LoisHunt
It doesn't matter in terms of Florida Law.
If she has this diversion agreement as a juvenile the files are locked and they are not to be released to anyone.

It sounds like she may have lied under oath about previous arrests. I'll agree that some people are digging up dirt on her. That doesn't make her innocent though. Nor a 'victim'.

Sedona is filled with hollywood and rock stars.

I guarantee that if Jane Doe had a diverson shoplifting arrest in Arizona and was busted under the same circumstance, it would not come forward.
So does that mean that Noelle should be able to lie to the court and not suffer any consequences for it?
To: codebreaker
"And who is providing Florida with confidential juvenille records??"
Eighteen years old is NOT juvenile under the law of Arizona!

Read the article again... THE FINE was for $305.00 (which probably includes some court costs.).
She might have been caught shop-lifting $10.00 worth of material .... and even though a misdemeanor - could be a find of hundreds of dollars.
Big Deal. It's not like she was buying Coke for her father ... (remember Roger Clinton... ON TAPE ... saying something to the effect that the snort he was trying was great, and he needed to get some for his brother, who had a nose like a vacuum cleaner.) Seems the media will report every little problem from the Bush family, even though it has no direct linkage to the ability of the parent to govern. But if it is a Democrat family member, and there is possible direct connection to the elected person ... IGNORE/DENY/IGNORE. [would this suggest that the media might be biased??? gasp!!! say it ain't so!!]

The Palm Beach Post said she has 2 car accidents in the last year.

Regardless of the Dem dirt digging program, this girl needs a spanking.Ditto. Don't blame the Dems for this. If all this info is authentic, and they hang her, she bought her own rope.

Im just trying to say that Noelle is not requesting 'special treatment, that she is being held to a somehwat higher standard.
If she lied, make her pay the bail.
To: codebreaker
Wow. This is really disturbing. I've seen Noelle at different events with the family, but she wasn't at last yrs. Presidential Inaugural? Seems like she's got a lot of problems and it's sad. She's going to have to answer for it however. She should know better.
To: codebreaker
Its politics pure and simple trying to make it seems like the Bush kids are skirting the law.Skirting the law? Skirting? I want you on the jury if I am charged with a crime.

Kind of ironic. Jeb axed the prisoner drug treatment program. Perhaps a few years behind bars will help straighten her out.
And no, Noelle's troubles are not a reflection on Jeb's parenting skills. No matter how hard parents try, some kids will do just about anything to get into trouble.

This drug addiction to sleeping pills seems to have gotten severe in the last 18 months, hope she can get better soon.
To: codebreaker
legalizing all drugs would solve these problems, she would have been passed out instead of jonesing
To: Mr Majestic
I would make her pay the bail or arrerst her, just like any other citizen.
