I am really sick of this guilt-by-association crap. If you know of documented wrongdoing by Lieberman or Bush put it out front, otherwise let's stop this childish association games. This rule should be applied by the media as well.

Your wish is a classic case of "if everyone would just not do it we would all be able to focus on the facts." Sorry to disappoint you but it does not work that way.

You can already see the Dems on the hunt to pin Enron on Bush. They are not going to let up just becuase you cry foul. They might agree to let up but no sooner than you back down will they spring back on the attack.

So, in this case and in many others, offense is the best defense.

Lieberman should resign for his part in the Enron scandal.
