By the way, have you ever given any thought as to WHY treason is a crime only under the Constitution? Why there is no crime of treason in common Law? Or why the Framers where so exact, and crystal clear defining the act, and crime, of treason?

If the Framers were to note what has taken place in this country in the last 200 years, they'd probably be saying that we get what we deserve. When you have a nation of citizens who are so sleepy as to what their basic rights are and to how this country was founded upon, you have a village of idiots and cowards just occupying space on a continent. Forget the country or culture that we live in. We don't have either one.

No sir, I believe it is you that is misintrepretating what treason means. When someone violates their oath of office to protect their country enemies abroad, and might it also include as well as domestic they have indeed commited treason. It's not just limited to levying war alone. Levying war also implies, selling weapons to enemies abroad who have every intention of using those missle against your country in the future. Although the House of Un-American Activities became defunct due to the heightened McCarthy hearings, communists are STILL the sworn enemy of the U.S. of A. Those who aid, abet, and provide comfort to those enemies should be removed from public office immediately!

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

What part of what the Founders wrote can't you understand?

When the Libs use your tactic to attack the Second Amendment "this is what the Founders really meant", do you agree with them? Or do you demand that they read the Amendment verbatim?

Look.... go to a law library and get a hold of Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Edition. and look up "Treason" for yourself. I didn't pull this from nowhere. It's right in the law dictionary. See it for yourself.
