"You are missing the point of the investigation. We already know that crimes were committed in both the Clinton/Gore fund-raising scandal and in the Boston case. There is more than ample evidence to prove crimes were committed in both cases. We also know that nobody was prosecuted for these crimes. We do not know why nobody was prosecuted. "That's funny. Congress hasn't said any crimes were committed by Clinton/Gore. If Congress already has all the evidence and just wants to know why they weren't prosecuted, why doesn't Congress go ahead and pass a resolution saying that Clinton/Gore should be prosecuted?
You Bush-haters have the mentality of two year olds.

This is an amazing post. You must be the only person on Free Republic who is unaware of the Clinton/Gore crimes. Take your medication and maybe your memory will return.

Please provide a link to where Congress, or a committee thereof has voted that Clinton/Gore committed crimes. Until Congress first goes on record as saying that Clinton/Gore committeed crimes, they have no need to question why the DoJ decided not to prosecute them.
Congress will not make public thier own internal memos and papers concerning their decisions not to vote resolutions saying Clinton/Gore committed crimes, why should they want to make public the executive branch ones?
You Bush-haters have the mentality of two-year-olds.

Congress is not a grand jury. They do not take a vote on crimes. They lay out the facts and report their findings. Their last report listed loads of evidence. They have a memo with Gore's note in his own hand writing saying he was going to a fund-raiser at that Buddhist temple. They have both still and video pictures of him at the fund-raiser. Where did he think he was, at a toga party?
You clintonistas can't face the fact that your boys got caught.

I'm still waiting for you to show me where Congress has voted that Clinton/Gore should be prosecuted. Until then, they have no right to questionthe decision making process of the DoJ. Burton id just grandstanding.
It must be painful for you Bush-haters to see your numbers shrinking on FR as more people began to recognize what a great President George W. Bush is. I feel your pain and love it.

You Bush-haters have the mentality of two-year-olds. They are just Clintonistas that are acting out their stereotypical images of what a "conservative" sounds like. They are out in all their glory for some "payback".
To: bayourod
Don't try to hide it. The only people who won't admit that Clinton/Gore committed crimes are clintonistas. You clintonistas can't face the fact that your boys got caught. Take your medication, go back to democrats.com and tell your friends that you were outed on FR.

Dan Burton has seen all the same evidence as the DoJ. Just show me one statement by Burton that in his opinion Clinton/Gore should be prosecuted. Until he is willing to lay it on the line he has no right to question why the DoJ didn't prosecute.
Burton and his committee have been a great disappointment. Why aren't they investigating and impeaching corrupt judges appointed by Clinton? He's nothing but a publicity hound.
To: bayourod
Your DNC mantra is wearing thin. "Clinton wasn't convicted and Gore wasn't charged so no crimes were committed." Keep telling your self that when your medication kicks in you might feel better.
