Thanks to Congresses use of createive semantics in interpreting the Commerce Clause, you don't have the "right" to live anywhere. The authority they claim to give them the power to wage the War on Drugs gives them the same power to wage a war on land owners, gun owners, home schoolers, or pea farmers.

Or perhaps, you are on the Left of the Fundamentalist side, tolerating Santa, but certainly not whatever your neighbor chooses to injest. Perhaps you are a moderate centrist, turned off by the 'extremes' of the particular culture that you come from.

But I was asking a question about what it was like...apologies, perhaps that was too open ended. How bout: what toxins are 'okay' for ingestion, what is not okay?

Yawn Billy. Anybody who has lived in the city in the last eight years will tell it has improved 1000% in Guiliani's administration.

I know that you have to ignore the fact that Guiliani's tactics of taking your precious potheads and crackheads off the street was a major factor in the transformation of NYC, but what else is new when arguing with a Libertarian.
