He was wounded in his LEG, yet this article states that his HAIR was caked with blood and sweat. WHOSE blood? Mike Spann's? There is a picture of Spann questioning the silent Walker kneeling at Spann's feet shortly before Spann was attacked......beaten, kicked, and BITTEN to death. These "people" that Walker was a part of are animals. Is it a stretch to think Walker got the blood in his hair from participating in the attack?

Time Mag should have put Spann's picture on its cover and pictures of his babies orphaned by these animals. Shame on them for featuring this "boy" traitor. Double shame on them for attempting to solicit sympathy for him with the baby pictures.

I got as far into the article as, he alone and was not "lubed", *sob*, *sob*, then my gag reflex kicked in. This weasel will show up in court looking like Biff, Bunky, or Barf, the spiffy, preppy wonder kid. gag.

I wonder if his Parents would still feel the same why about their poor mis-guided son if he was a CIA agent instead of a talaban fighter?

LOL - they would be ready to sue the US government.
I wouldn't be surprised if their lawyer tries to go this route.

Why doesn't Newsweek post pictures of how Walker looks now? Instead of cute baby pictures. How about posting more pictures of him looking like Charles manson?

Quran, all 6,666 sentences

Isn't that strange? Kinda spooky too. To many 6's for my comfort.

I certainly hope so. That poor CIA agent was killed in a horrible way. He left behind a wife and 3 children. What has John Waker contributed to this world?

I guess there wasn't enough death and distruction just being a plain ole rapper for ole John Waker. Going to Afganistan and fighting with the Talaban was better for him. I'm glad you got out of being a gansta. Better to have you here as a freeper, LOL. It's more fun and it's safer.

As for Walker’s comment to NEWSWEEK that he “supported” the September 11 attacks, Lindh suggested that his son may have been in shock (he may have been otherwise addled; Walker said he had been a heavy hashish user, according to one Northern Alliance source).

I guess the hashish might help put the "fun" into fundamentalism for this traitor.

And no matter how much he 'acted out', the parents nodded with total approval!

To understand the parents, you have to understand Marin County, California.

Anywhere else in the country, you ask how somebody is doing, they will tell you they are getting by, working, the kids are growing up, etc... In Marin County, you get a press release. People there arrange their lives not so much that they worthy lives, but so they are interesting to talk about. It's just a different way of looking at things.

Ask a Marin County resident what's up, and they will fill you in on their "thing", whatever that is. Everybody has a "thing", be it a hobby, a high-profile job, an alternative lifestyle or a medical condition. All they want to talk about is their "thing".

I'm sure little Johnnie's flirtation with radical Islam was an interesting "thing" for his parents to talk about. A way to set themselves apart from the crowd. People could ask them how that "Islamic thing" was working out. They could treat their guests to interesting stories. A new form of radical chic. In the end it all just spun out of control.

I know I have probably offended some Californians. I don't mean to say that all Californians are like this. But admit it, you know the type I'm talking about. And they are as thick as flies in Marin County.
