While I sympathize with your sentiment, your plan has one flaw. In order to carry it out one would have to expose himself to lots of infectious fluids.

You're there in a room with a tiny child who is in shock and bleeding profusely from an immolated immature vagina and a shredded rectum. That tiny child is important to you. In the same room is the vilest monster ever born, one who could actually maintain an erection while causing unspeakable pain, permanent damage, and probably death from AIDS to the small person who is important to you.
