By the way, Piltdown man wasn't exposed until 1956. Rather then being doubted by the 'experts' some 500 doctorial disstertation were performed on 'him'.

Even so, come Lord Jesus

So how do you account for the time that the light took to reach us from other stars and galaxies? Do you believe in a 6000 (or so) year old universe?

Regarding your Behe reviews, here is the thinking in a nutshell

But that conclusion is wrong. By his definition, many systems we see around us are IC, and yet have developed gradually and without any overarching design. Think of the chaotic growth of towns into large cities, the self-organizing forces behind market economies, and the delicate causal webs that define complex ecosystems.

A mind is behind all those areas. Town grow into cities through hundreds and thousands of individual decisions. This is itself a product of the market system which is based on Human action.

The ecosystem likewise is maintained by the Laws that God has set into place.

The idea that these could be seen as complex examples of evolution is indicative of the insanity of the evolutionist.

Even so, come Lord Jesus.

I adhere to the GAP view of creation. That mankind is young (6,000 yrs+) but the Universe may be older.

Within the Creationist school there is also disagreement on the interpetation of the data.

My final authority is always Scripture

As I said in an other post, species is a man made concept. You think a species is somthing fixed, but that's not the case. A population always changes over time. A good analogy would be the visible spectrum. In that case Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Violet would be species but you cannot pick a certain wavelength and say that it represents the boundary between Green and Blue. The same applies to a fossil, you cannot attribute it to species A or to species B if it shows similarities to both. It is as if you have to decide whether 570nm is definitely green or yellow. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look at this picture

A Species is a scientific concept based on reality. It is not an arbitrary definition but one that is a fact.

The eminent French zoologist Pierre Grasse' concluded that the results of artificial selection provide powerful testimony against Darwin's theory:

In spite of intense pressure generated by artifical selection (eliminating any parent not answering the criteria of choice) over whole millennia, no new species are born. A comparative study of sera, hermogloblins, blood proteins, interfertility, etc, proves that the strains remain within the same definition. This is not a matter of opinion or subjective classification, but a measurable reality, The fact is tht selection gives tangible form to and gathers together all the varieties a gnome is capable of producing, but does not constitute an innovative evolutionary process(Darwin on trial,p.18)

In other words, the reason that dogs don't become as big as elephants, much less change into elephants, is not that we just haven't been breeding them long enough.Dogs do not have the genetic capacity for that degree of change, and they stop getting bigger when the genetic limit is reached (Darwin,p.18)

Even so, come Lord Jesus

Many problems in human experience are the result of
false and inaccurate definitions of humankind premised
in man-made religions and humanistic philosophies, of which, Darwinism is but one.

Human knowledge is a fraction of the whole universe. The
balance is a vast void of human ignorance. Human reason
cannot fully function in such a void, thus, the intellect
can rise no higher than the criteria by which it perceives
and measures values.

Darwinism, as with humanism, makes man his own standard of measure, however,
as with all measuring systems, a standard must be greater
than the value measured.

Based on preponderant ignorance and an ego-centric carnal
nature, humanism demotes reason to the simpleton task
of excuse-making for the rule of appetites, desires,
feelings, emotions, and glands.

Because man, hobbled in an ego-centric predicament cannot
invent criteria greater than himself, the humanist lacks
a predictive capability. Without transcendent criteria,
humanism cannot evaluate options with foresight for
survival and progression. Without foresight or instinct,
man is blind to potential consequence and is unwittingly
committed to averages, mediocrity, and regression - and
worse. Humanism is an unworthy worship - not very bright.

The void of human ignorance can easily be filled with
a functional faith while not-so-patiently awaiting the
foot-dragging growth of human knowledge and behavior.
Faith, initiated by the Creator and revealed and
validated in His Word, the Bible, brings a Transcendent
Standard to man the choice-maker. Other philosophies and
religions are man-made, humanism, and thereby lack what
only the Bible has:

1. Transcendent Criteria and
2. Fulfilled Prophetic Validation

The vision of faith in God and His Word is survival
equipment for today and the future. Selah

The way we define 'human' determines our view of self,
others, relations, institutions, life, and future.Important?
Only the Creator, who made us in His own image, is qualified
to accurately define us. Choose wisely - there will be
results.

Man is earth's CHOICEMAKER. Psalm 25:12 He is by nature
and nature's God a creature of Choice - and of CRITERIA.
Psalm 119:30,173 His unique and definitive characteristic
is, and of Right ought to be, the natural foundation of
his institutions, environments, and respectful relations
to his fellow-man. Thus, he is oriented to a Freedom
whose roots are in the Order of the universe. Biblical
principles are still today the foundation under Western
Civilization and the American way of life. Let us proclaim
it. Behold! The Season of GENERATION-CHOICEMAKER.
