Besides what I meant to say was that Bush said he would claim executive privilege if Dan Burton, by vice of his Government Reform Committee, subpeonaed executive information concerning Whitewater and other various information on Bill Clinton.

YES or NO? Did Klayman uncovered evidence (or WHATEVER you want to call it PREINVESTIGATION) of many serious CRIMINAL violations in Filegate, Chinagate, Emailgate, etc?

If so, can Klayman do anything about CRIMINAL violations?

If not, who now has responsibility for investigating and prosecuting criminal matters of the sort uncovered?

If the answer is Ashcroft, then can you provide us with ANY indication that he has investigated or is investigating?

If not, then why aren't you critical of Ashcroft ... and Bush, his boss?

I've been a court reporter for YEARS and I've never seen a case that was nothing but PRESS RELEASES.

Guess you never BOTHERED to go read the depositions they took. Just like you can't be BOTHERED to debate the facts in the Ron Brown case. You RUN from facts, Howlin, just like a democRAT. Depositions don't mean ONE THING until you get into a courtroom and enter them into evidence if and when they are CERTIFIED AS EVIDENCE BY A JUDGE.

The LAW demands that the crimes of Clinton and gang are brought before a court and justice meted out to the guilty. I have no problem with you going after Klayman for his recent behavior. Just stop trying to destroy his PREVIOUS work so that Bush can safely "move on" in the face of credible evidence (or whatever YOU want to call it) that the democRATS committed some mighty serious crimes ... like MASS MURDER and TREASON.
