Hang in there Iowa Granny. This healing process takes a long time. I've had 3 lumbar area surgeries along with the donor hip bone thingy. That was several years ago and I'm still numb in the hip area but I get along just fine as long as I don't do stupid things. Lifting and holding my grandson doesn't count. Those hugs from him are well worth the discomfort. Besides, that's why they make Naprosyn. Now if only my neck wasn't in such bad shape I'd be real happy.

I'm off to peel the potatoes for the Pot Roast I'll be serving at noon. I could use some help,,,, I need someone to clean the carrots.
