Kristinn, I'm sorry I couldn't make it, I had plans to but my wife said she would divorce me if I went, she was afraid of a conflict. Back in 1980 she had to bail me out of jail for stomping a couple Iranian protestors at Lafeyatte Park. I tried to insure her that this was gonna be peaceful, but she wasn't going for it, I even asked her to come with me, but it was clear that I would need a lawyer if I left the house this morning.
I apoligize for not being there, and I salute you and the others for the patriotic message you handed those anti-American anarchist. You and the rest of the D.C. Chapter have made me proud to say I am a FReeper..
God Bless All of You
...........&..........
God Bless America

Out-protested and out-foxed by the patriotic demonstrators, the Communist/anarchist protesters surrendered, leaving the memorial without giving any speeches from the stage they had set-up at that sacred site and sullenly marched off to finish their protest at Senators Park on Capitol Hill.It needs to be stressed that you patriotic demonstrators were grossly outnumbered, but were not phased by tht fact.
Good job, thanks to all of you.

I'm sure I missed a few of you, so please chime in.Chiming in. My wife (Nina0113) and I were there. She had the sign that said, "Peace through victory, not through surrender".
Mention must be made, though, of the sign that had a photo of a B-52 sitting on a runway, with all of its bombs laid out neatly on the ground in front of it. The caption read: "The terrorists have won the coin toss, and they have elected to receive."
BTW, that was my first Freep. Are the opposing, umm, creatures always that bizarre? There wasn't a recent haircut to be found, and body piercings were rampant.

As the demoralized stragglers quietly brought up the rear carrying anti-meat, pro-vegetarian banners, they were rhetorically given a parting kick in the ass with mocking cries of "Gardening is murder! Weeds have rights, too!" Lol ... you guys are too good. Great report.
(While I'd be just as proud as any of passengers able to overcome the terrorist and down the plane, I still think it would be a huge and almost inexplicable failure of our military if they did not shoot it down once it was off-course without explanation.)

Thank you very much. I must say though, that any comparison to the brave folks on Flight 93 to us is not right. They gave their lives to save others. We haven't had to face that moment yet.

I alos noticed a few people in their march, making sure they marched on the side where the cameras were, carrying signs that said thinks like "I'm stupid and a traitor" and "Brutal terrorists are people too." Beautiful!

Good job, as usual, DC FReepers! We will win this one. Just like we have won all the other battles we've fought... One hill at a time.
Thank God the public has now awakened and is standing with us and WE AIN'T GONNA TAKE IT ANY MORE!

Any sign of that "Anarchist" Group I warned about with the black garb & face masks? My forecast was that they'd be doing the grafetti & damage and generally trying to incite violence.
To: kristinn
Big BUMP indeed! LOL "Weed have rights too..." FReepers have such a great sense of humor. Thanks for making us proud (again.)
