Well, duh! How are the Cubans going to attack and seize the Panama Canal if they are not well armed? The Chinese can't send troops that far but the Cubans are right there. Cuban armies fought in Angola, they certainly can fight in Panama. The ineptitude of American presidents lives on long after they are out of office. We will pay for Carter's stupidity in giving up the Panama Canal just as we'll pay for Bush's lackof resolve when he failed to kill the Iraqui snake when he had the chance.

This does not surprise me one bit that China has been shipping arms to Cuba. Thanks to Clinton, we have been sold out of our national security. That NYC bombing is just a sample of how bad we have been underminded by our own government. Our government has been working and training with the Chinese and the Russians intelligence for so long that these foreign enemy agents don't even need a blue print of where to find things here.
