We have some people here who assume the role of "posting Police" and others who have fun at new comers' expense(Been guilty of that myself). I wouldn't worry too much about them.

That pilot was Lloyd Herbert Hughes, known to family and friends as Pete. He was my Uncle Pete. He was 22 when he died, not 21 years old per your post.
