The problem is not our age, it's the publishers that keep insisting on making the print smaller. I can't believe how small the print is nowadays. :-)

He hasn't built it yet, but Spiderboy does have a 1/72 scale Merkava model.

The brains of the operation here had one set of progressive trifocals and went back to delineated. The dizziness thing. Not for everyone--same as contacts or lasic or pirates' eye patches arghh. Had to laugh at my older brother who resisted the close correction until his arms were not long enough. I began young; good vision not vanity is my friend.

I can sympathize with your better half.
Arm extensions, that's what we need. I could get rich! I never minded wearing glasses. I actually look smarter. I need to ask for just plain reading glasses next time I visit the eye doc.

We're doing okay. Dogs have calmed down finally and we worked on a fourth of the fence the other day. Perhaps in about a month we'll be finished with it. The neighbor is supposed to put up a fence across the back of our property in mid January. Then we can finish up ours hopefully.

LOL!
How you and the family doing, alfa?? Everyone have a good time??
Man quiet has heck around here. I actually left the house today for an appointment. Walked to and fro too.
No snow here at all.
To: snippy_about_it
Oh that sure can be a pain, dogs howling and digging all night long.
I can sympathize with you, we had coon dogs once upon a time, fifteen of them. Egads.
Glad to hear the dogs are taking a break.
To: snippy_about_it
LOL. I bet that's NOT a typo! Actually it was.
I did catch it, but decided to leave it.
