My youngest is looking at going to Eugene for college, she''l be the first one to live on campus, the dorm fees are ridiculous. :-(

Most schools except Veterans from the live on campus requirements. ;-)

I was hinting that if Sam's daughteer were a Vet'ran she wouldn't have to live in the dorm if she didn't want to.

Except as in exception to the rule.

We ad a 20 meal plan too... We also had something called AggieBucks. You could do both or just the AggieBucks. I opted for the AggieBucks alone. AggieBucks amount to a secured credit card good for use only on campus. It's great if you live close to or on campus. Plus it was not restricted to food.

For us, the 20 meal/week option was two meals a day, your choice of meals. That was good, since not mny people I knew actually ate breakfast.

Hey Mrs. PE~

It's an honor to make your acquaintance and thank you for your service to our country.

I'm surprised that even the Aggie's skipped breakfast and stayed in bed. Certainly not the Corp!

BTW, growing up as a Texan myself I learned hundreds of Aggie jokes, but since you are a Navy Vet. I'll submit the following oldie but goodie:

What do you call an Aggie five years after graduation?
Boss

You're welcome vey much.

Heh, I do love that one. I used to know a ton of Aggie jokes, but I have since forgotten them... No one to tell them to who would understand them.

Actually, I was not in the Corp. I just lived next door to the quad.

Even when I was in the Navy, though, I didn't really eat breakfast regularly. Now that I think about it, the last time I was a regular breakfast eater was high school.

FWIW, I think that breakfast at 0500 is nauseating unless it is fresh fruit.

Microsoft will release one update for Windows along with the November version of the Malicious Software Removal Tool.

I downloaded last month's but can't find the Removal Tool. When it's downloaded, where does it go?

Like I tell folks:

I'm not an Aggie, but I married one as fast as I could.

Damian's a Brit???

Now just forget you heard that and once you've watched the entire miniseries on cd you can then watch the special features on the making of the show. You'll love it. When Damian starts talking your eyes will bug out! LOL. But until then just forget you know that little fact. ;-)

If you don't get it for Christmas you can always hop on over to Oregon and watch it with us.
