The only part of that movie that I liked were the racing scenes...especially when Tom Cruise got knocked into the wall.

Good afternoon everyone!

This year, more than ever, it is important to remember the lessons learned from the bravery of those who have given their lives in past conflicts.

This Memorial Day we must not only remember the sacrifices of soldiers who have given their lives to protect our country, but also celebrate the bravery of those who serve today.

To all our military men and women past and present, military family members, and to our allies who stand beside us
Thank You!

Wishing everyone a wonderful

I liked Leiker's essay. Memories.

Been wondering why I can't remember the names.

Leiker says,"I can remember entire conversations and events in explicit detail. I cannot remember the names of more than a few, and I don't know why. Shouldn't this be the other way around?"

Still wonder why I can't remember the names.

Sorry about the double post. I waited three and a half minutes with no post and finally decided I had done something wrong.

I liked it when he got skeered and started blowing engines on purpose. Robert Duval rocked in that movie!

PE, I don't think I want to see that. Maybe that's a good reason for me to cross "moving to Mexico" off my list. Maybe.

I remember when they shot the real life footage for that movie at Daytona. Dale was on the pole.

Well, I got a call a few hours ago from my cousin who drives the Bekins moving van. He's leaving Toledo tomorrow headed this way to help me get the last of my stuff down to central Texas.

I spent the last couple of hours packing up everything except what I need for - say - two more days here. I am out of boxes and don't have my tools packed so I have to find something for them but that's minor.

wow

I finally have a definite on getting out of here!!!

Dang you have a good memory. I remember hitting the seagull too but I don't remember if it was that same race.

That was a jaw dropper, hitting that gull.
