I look at that picture, Valin, and I can think of several dozen laws being violated. A landowner is liable civilly and criminally for environmental law infractions occurring on his or her property. I think the Feds own Mt. St. Helens.
Arrest the lot, dangerous scofflaws all of them!!!
Either that, or stop this air pollution immediately!!!

I'm sorry I missed this post earlier. I have a copy of "Seven Six One" by G. F. Bordon which is a novel based on actual experiences of the 761st Tank Battalion. This is one of the most gripping, well-written books I have ever read. Anyone who is interested in the 761st history might be able to find a used copy on Amazon.
