I will say that when I got my copy a couple of years ago, I went with one of the larger DVD retailers and it still took them over a month to get it in stock. Worth seeking out.

In a more serious vein (at least for the main feature) is Disney's Victory Through Air Power 2 DVD set (with Disney produced theatrical and military/educational shorts included). Leonard Maltin narrates.
