Oh sure. That same building was built in Valley View, OH near Cleveland. For a year it was having mysterious glitches which would trip the main 3000amp breaker for the whole building.

It was finally traced to a nick in the wiring go to one of the parking lot lights. When it would rain, the conduits flooded. No big deal, except in this particular instance some obscure circuit breaker adjustments lead to the main breaker tripping, before the little 20amp breaker on the light circuit. OY, what a headache that was.

Do you remember "Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos"?

And there was one about the crew of a Stuart light tank that was watched over by the ghost of J.E.B. Stuart. I think it was called "The Haunted Tank".
