I realized I had a new tagline after typing that one. :-)

Hi Mayor. We have about 1/2 inch of ice covering everything this morning. The town is pretty much shut down. That coffee is just perfect for today.

Please don't refer to us as Medal of Honor winners. That implies it was a contest. If it had been a contest, I wouldn't have enteredMorning CholeraJoe. I've met one MOH recipient, it's hard not to be in awe of them.
I hate hearing the "winner" remark to. Love the last line of the quote.

With all these new taglines, I'm starting to feel like Darksheare.ROTFLOL. Oh no, fasten your safety belt, you're liable to be in for a bumpy ride if you start feeling like him.

Hi Ken5050. Prayers offered for your wife. Not sure what the rules are but we had medics who armed themselves in Vietnam, if I was deployed to the Middleeast as a medic I'd sure want to be armed. Not like the enemy there cares wether you're a medic or not all the see is "infidel American target"

To: SAMWolf
Thanks, Sam..she's good now, recovering....but a lousy way to start the year..I know that medics usually carry side arms for personal protection..heck, the red cross armbands of WW II are now only big targets, but I was just wondering about her posing with a rifle...it tendsw to limit the amount of medical suplies one can carry...

Morning EOD. Thanks for the info.
Throwing an armed flare back into the magazine is a really bad move. Me thinks this guy was not a really fast thinker.
In fact after a while, nobody wanted to go anywhere with himLOL! I guess you can't really blame anyone. The words "Jonah" come to mind.

To: Johnny Gage
Thanks Johnny.
That video footage of the AC-130 in Afgahistan that is on the net showing it taking out a group of terrorist is amazing. Impressive ground support planes.

The ultimate weapon; the guncrew of an AC-130E load a shell into the aircraft's 105mm howitzer. These weapons were ideal for tank and truck busting.

A minigun at work; 6,000 rounds per minute are fired at a target in the South Vietnamese jungle

The minigun installation in an AC-47.

The meek can have the Earth. I want the stars. That'd make a great tagline.
