Downloading Mp3s After Paying a Fee. Is This Legal?

I was told I would get a refund back by the billing service, "Clickbank". I emailed David Holt, who is in Hopkinsville, KY(next to Ft.Cambell, KY). I thought he was the main man. He was only the person that hosted the domain. I finally went to my credit card website and was able to see the billing from this website, which also had a legit 800 number.

They offered to return my money without any hassle. Almost as easy as, Walmart. I still don't believe the website is legit. Why would their email link be invalid? Why would their ,"Support Online" ,link not do anything ,except reload the page?

Yes, that's possible. I was wondering in this case if auggy got a spam email advertising it or not. The fact that their web site traces to bulkregister is a big red flag.

I just received a email from the domain host for Mp3downloadcity.com. He had his lawyer look over the site and what was going on. Here is the text of the email.

Well, Believe it or not, what he is doing as far as content and wording of site, he is perfectly ok, as long as he will give refund. If a person does not completely read his site real good, they would have the impression that is is a download site. But, his site never says anythign about downloading from him on the files. Also, I would be very careful about downloading music and stuff nowdays, that is why i subscribe to Real.com for my music, not the best choice of music, but at least it is legal to download.

Did you read the post I made about how to get your money back? I placed the 800 number and anyone that is still within their 30 days trial period, can get their money back.

I also talked to Google and made them aware of the website. They emailed me back and talked as ,if they were going to look into it. If, it was in fact a scam, they would not allow the site to be in their search engine.
