I disagree with the WOD but Tommy Chong is a loser.
He needs to grow up like Cheech Marin did, get out of that 70s stoner imager and become a great character actor (Especially loved Cheech in From Dusk Til Dawn).

The "crime" being the sale of water pipes? No, the crime Chong committed was "fame" which made him the target of a fed prosecutor looking to hang a head on his wall.

how do you feel knowing they probably pushed a murderer, child molester, armed robber, rapist right out the door from overcrowding to make room for a guy selling empty plastic bottles?
It amazes me!
In 1980 California had 2,600 prison gaurds. Now, California has over 29,000 prison gaurds all thanks to the War On Drugs. The prison gaurds union contributes to politicians who support the War On Drugs. I wonder why?
On the bright side, if we keep putting guys like Tommy Chong and Rush Limbaugh in prison we'll eventually be able to hire enough gaurds to lock up those violent offenders we let go now.
