But what if it was true?

They are going to trash this girl. Glad the judge stopped them and Rita said he ordered them out.
They have to provide some back-up to statements like that, even in a prelim.

Yup. As usual we will get lots of garble and misreporting. But there seems enough here to look like a dreary future for Kobe: her blood on the inside of his tee shirt...the photos of vaginal tearing...the immediate telling of the bellhop. If the stains show up on the chair, and are consistent with her story, I'd guess he does time.
To: truthkeeper
I heard that on either CNN or Court TV this afternoon. Does that mean it won't be allowed during the jury trial either?
If he basically admitted it during his interrogation, shouldn't the jury hear that? Cripes.

That's not what I heard today; I heard they didn't enter either one of them, his or hers; just gave them to the judge to review.

MSNBC reporters just said that the defense attorney asked the detective if the injuries were consistent with a woman who had had sex with three men on three previous days. John and Ken of KFI radio are so disgusted with this they are calling it "The L.A. Times defense." (Smears, get it?)
To: Howlin
If it's true that she had sex with three men in three days, it would account for vaginal tearing. However, they cannot just enter stuff like that without back-up, which I gather they did not have (like the guy's testimony of who she had sex with).
That's like the prosecution saying she was bruised all over but not providing photographs/evidence. They have to back up what they say, even in prelim.

I don't know much about this story - how did her blood get on his tee shirt?

Right!
The judge is trying to decide what to rule right now!
Holy crap.

To: Howlin
Colmes and Furman - there has to be something of value to say what they did today regarding the suggestion of sex with 3 men in 3 days.
They didn't/probably couldn't do that.
More trash the victim.

I heard on one of the channels his was considered too inflammatory to submit. But I thought it was just for the prelim and am wondering if it can come in during trial.

The Judge was NOT pleased with the defense attorneys entering this without providing ANY back-up (per FNC right now).
They are saying it's like asking "When did you stop beating your wife".
It's very troubling. Sickening.

I seriously doubt the veracity of that story, Howlin. They would have to provide testimony, signed affidavits.
They haven't done that. Having said that, I think considering Bryant somehow has such loyalty that someone has offered to kill her, how difficult would it be to get 3 guys to lie for $$?
Furman: They don't have 3 guys who can testify to that.
