This has nothing to do with spanking or abuse but is all about control. If they can control family doings they can also just do away with the family and take control of the young from birth and raise them in UN approved creches.
If the UN cared about the welfare of kids they would be up in arms about the Palastinian kids who have bombs strapped to them and are told to get on school buses. No, it doesn't bother the UN at all that many Jewish kids and Arab kids are now crow meat, only that they aren't spanked. Haha, tell me another one.
