Schlitz tastes awful. Absolutely awful. It's nice to find out why. The same thing happened to Slim Jim sausages. I used to love them as a kid. They had a great taste plus they were crunchy and had a slight fattiness inside. Then they added in some soy and chemical preservatives and the taste went to hell in a handbasket. I can't stand Slim Jims now.

"..can't believe these guys would pay to spread Bustamante/Davis propaganda."
Sounds like a good reason to change brands of beer.

I find it hard to believe, too. And A-B makes fine beer.

There is a poll I saw that stated that 11% of CA voters think that if you vote no on question 1, you can't vote for a replacement.
While I'm happy about this, I think these could be the next "I meant to vote for Gore, but I voted for Buchanan" whiners.

Not only that, but the Coors family's involved with a bunch of conservative groups.
That explains where they were when the brewing lessons were going on.

I know this sounds odd. But yes, anyone can vote for a replacement candidate on Part 2 of the ballot regardless of whether they vote yes or no on Part 1, the recall question. This same recall procedure has been followed on local elections in the past, just never in a statewide election.

I make the malt for Coors with tender FReeper love! Do you really work at Coors? Alright! Coors is actually my favorite beer. Happy to know I'm helping (in some small way) to support a FReeper! :-)
