And you're pointing this out to me why exactly?

His statements of immigration don't matter because he doesn't matter. All he is doing is denying Arnie a mandate, and helping the demoncrap scum. Do you understand now, exactly?

A poster and I had a question concerning the position the leading respective candidates had regarding illegal immigration. If asking such questions upsets you then you have my sympathy.

I'm sure you would like me upset, but, alas ...

McX couldn't win a coin flip. He is simply a simple spoiler. Too bad his megalomania cost us a good conservative. Gotta watch out for that megalomania, you start believing your own press releases.

Thank you for your service to our country, grunt!

Of all Freepers, I know you'll understand my analogy in comparing AS vs. Tom Mc.

Tom McClintock reminds me of a good, maybe great, staff officer. He's in his element when it comes to developing training schedules or operations orders. However, he's out of his element if he has to lead the troops.

Arnold's ability to lead, rightly or wrongly, comes from his celebrity. He doesn't have to know all of the details to get the job done, he lays out a plan of action and exhorts his troops to execute the plan.

I had a grizzly old Battlion Commander who didn't want to know the details. He told us what he wanted done, and expected us to exhibit professionalism and imagination in getting the job done. I'd have followed him anywhere.

For the record, I considered myself an average officer, with a few successes to go with a few failures. For example, I flunked my first platoon evaluation, learned from it, and kicked butt on every future tac eval.

I saw too many staff pukes in action during my 8 years who believed they were Patton reincarnate. Unfortunately, I was a battery commander for one of them. Our conflict led to a rapid conclusion of my once 'promising' military career! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your choice was to support and elect a decent man who had the party's backing, not some womanizing bodybuilder who the Hollywood world has known for decades chases women like chattel property.

The defenses of voting for Arghnold are disgusting and immature, and are a sure sign that Conservatives are certainly a dying breed.

If you support Arghnold over McClintock, you are not a conservative, you are a COINO.

I'll tell you what, when the mud slinging begins in earnest for the 2004 campaign, the RNC ought to concoct a series of ads highlighting just this hypocritical tactic of the left. There are reams of dirtbags on the left. If the Krinton's and McAwful wanna play dirty, then let the party begin.

The ads could be couched in such a way as to ask the question: 'Why would a party with known elected officials who are (select one, or more, of the following: pedophiles, perverts, wife-beaters, onanists, adulterers, gropers, sexual harassers, peeping toms, etc., etc., etc.) wnat to (select one, or more, of the following: lie, conceal, slander, defraud, deceive, twist, distort, malign, pervert, etc., etc., etc.) the record and character of the Republican candidate?

All the while stream a back ground of documents and images that recall to the viewer the mis-deeds of the commie under question. In short, let the record hang the scum while turning their innuendo against them.

If that doesn't work, I'm currently campaigning for the return of tar & feathering the b@st@rds.

NathanR -I have considered the illegal immigration issue somewhat obliquely, i.e., as it relates to 1. voter fraud, 2. the dangerous Davis de facto id and 3. the terrorist subset. Regarding these issues, the impact of the clintons cannot be ignored. (They understand that controlling CA is essential for clinton redux and that the illegal immigrant vote is key.)

The clintons have virtually institutionalized illegal immigrant voter fraud in CA. Recall, for example, the clinton letter to Latinos that contained an outrageous facsimile voter card begging to be misused. The dems have a reservoir of fraudulent voters--illegal immigrants, poor minorities, nursing-home residents, etc.--who can be "dragged and dropped" as needed. ("Just in time" voter fraud!) (Didn't hillary's tally in fact exceed voter registration in one NY district?)

Regarding the welcoming of the terrorist subset, recall that clinton-clinton-gore pushed for and got the naturalization of thousands of rapists and murderers just in time for the '96 election... And according to David Schippers, these criminals went on to rape and murder in America. .

Regarding KB's comments, I will only say that refuting an argument by calling it "asinine and idiotic" hardly qualifies as legitimate, intelligent criticism.
