Black kid, mother is a doctor, dad is a lawyer, gets okay grades and does only fair on college entrance exam.
Who gets into college?

You are correct. And the reason you will never get an answer? Is because YOU need MORE education in multi-culti, diversity programmes at the colleges. Then you'll "get it".
