There is no existing relationship between Republican candidates and the tribes. The tribes are shooting their wad on this particular candidate, McClintock, to keep Arnold out of office. Where were the tribes for Simon if there is such a lovefest between Indians and Republicans? Better yet where were the Indians for McClintock when he ran for controller? Indians combined donated a lowly $17,000. for the statewide Controller campaign. These huge expenditures now by Indians on McClintock's behalf are solely to benefit Democrats, don't fool yourself.

I've tried making peace, but the ArnBots never seem interested.
I thought last night's debates was the ultimate opportunity for peace. Both of our respective candidates treated each other with respect and dignity. Why can't we follow their example?

I'm glad he can count on your support from Penn. Send him dough, maybe he can transfer it to Arnie.

Third Party underway. Pronto. You've got 13 months till showtime. I Voted for Nixon when he lost to Kennedy, so I am not going to be organizing anything.
We got far better candidates at conventions than we ever will in primary elections.

There is no existing relationship between Republican candidates and the tribes. Oh? Arnold was taking tribal gaming money to promote his Prop 49 government babysitting service.

"You miserable looser why don't you do the right thing and lay down for Arnold?" You saw the Hannity interview last night.

Number one, McClintock is not "anti-gay". Indeed? That's funny - he sure accepts money quickly enough from people who are.
Here are the top 10 donors or lenders to major party candidates for state controller:
TOM MCCLINTOCK (Republican)
2. Fieldstead & Co., which is headed by Orange County financier Howard Ahmanson Jr.: $190,000
One of Mr. Ahmanson's more ... interesting ... quotes :
"My purpose is total integration of biblical law into our lives."
Ahmanson inherited his money from his father, owner of Home Savings & Loan ... during the S&L scandal of the Reagan years, Home's investors, mostly small family investments, lost over $150 million dollars. No one went to jail."
More information about Mr. Ahmanson:
"Howard Ahmanson was a board member of the Chalcedon Institute for 23 years. This organization wants the government to adhere to biblical law, which, includes among other things, the killing of all gays and lesbians."
Want more?
"The group's biggest bankroller (both to campaigns and major conservative organizations) is Howard Ahmanson, who with his wife Roberta contributed nearly $2 million to various causes and candidates in 1992 alone. This is significant in part because Ahmanson is a longtime director of a theocratic think tank, the Chalcedon Foundation. The Chalcedon Foundation and its founder, R.J. Rushdoony, call for the abolition of democracy and the installation of a theocratic republic under "Biblical Law." The Chalcedon Foundation's theocratic agenda includes, among other things, capital punishment for such religious offenses as blasphemy, heresy, and apostasy, as well as abortion, adultery, and homosexuality."
And they say there is no American Taliban.

I fully support Arnold, and do not belong to a country club nor am I a socialist. I find the type of person you pretend to be, a caraciture. Grossly tarring the will of the people because they don't agree with you. If you're for real, deal with it because your era is over. We're evolving!

No candidate in that race.
To: strela
Howard F. Ahmanson also donated money to stop Prop 52, the same day voter registration scam.
By contrast, Schwarzenegger's adviser and major contributor Jerry Perenchio spent $25,000 promoting the Democrat's election fraud plan.

Howard F. Ahmanson also donated money to stop Prop 52, the same day voter registration scam. Hitler's minions probably spent a little of his money in the local shops and bakeries of Berlin too.
By contrast, Schwarzenegger's adviser and major contributor Jerry Perenchio spent $25,000 promoting the Democrat's election fraud plan.
More unsourced, proofless innuendo.
