Why is their a portrait of Hillary? Were there portraits of previous First Succubi? Check the definition of succubus:
Main Entry: suc·cu·bus
: a demon assuming female form to have sexual intercourse with men in their sleep
Demon? check
Female form? check (only because I'm in a generous mood)
To have sexual intercourse with men in their sleep? I just don't see that as her reason for being.

Maybe Monica is in back ground.....The place is obvious..
The room with the loudest flusher....Jake

It's incorrect to use the word "hung" and Bill Clinton in the same sentence. In this case, the word "hanged" is permissible.Hey that's right. Didn't some of the women that Clinton "allegedly" assaulted describe 'little willy' as abnormally small and crooked?

From whitehouse.gov:
The Entrance Hall is seen by visitors as they leave the White House. It is set off from the Cross Hall by a colonnade and is decorated in the same style. Its furnishings include a French pier table purchased by Monroe in 1817 and a pair of French settees with carved mahogany swans' heads. A suite of early 19th-century Italian gilded furniture in the Empire style was placed in the halls in 1973. Herbert E. Abrams' portrait of George Bush hangs in the Entrance hall as does Aaron Shikler's portrait of John F. Kennedy.
No mention of portraits of president's wives. hmmm

How about over the sink in the washroom off the Oval Office, or maybe Georgie Steppinalloverus' old office?

Perhaps Hillary's could be put in the "broom closet"

Has anyone suggested that little room off the Oval office where Clinton was Lewinskeyed? Seems the most fitting place to me.

How appropriate!
Upon further reading, I've discovered that First Ladies' Portraits hang in the Vermeil Room.

Hang 'em in the toilets. Extra incentive to feel better after leaving the bathroom.

Oh, in the Vermeil Room.
Perhaps they could tack one of those dog shit plastic bag dispensers to the frame, so all could use a barf bag when viewing the portrait, probably painted from the "Lying History" book cover.

How about:
1) The bathroom in the Lincoln Bedroom
2) The Closet in the Oval Office

Actually, it is. My wife, kids, and I visited the White House in April, 2001, and they pointed out that every President and every First Lady had a portrait. There was one exception, forgot which President, where the First Daughter had the portrait instead, as the First Lady died after election and before swearing in, and she acted as hostess for her father in the White House. . .or something close to that ( going purely from memory here)
