Establish a 20 year period that they must remain outside of the US if they are found to be helping the 'enemy'. Let them figure out where they want to stay for the next 20 years. Respectfully, why waste the gas to ship them to Gitmo? We can convene military tribunals in-country just as easily. The trial should be held in the juristiction the crime was commited after all. 8^)
