The United States, they imply, squandered global sympathy after the September 11 terrorist attacks through its arrogant unilateralism.

In other words, America didn't grovel before the world and beg forgiveness for its alleged sins. Instead, it chose to kick terrorism's ass. God bless America, land that I love.

The United States of America has always been a land and a Republic of peace. The problem that most of the world has is our government that is of the people, for the people, and by the people. Most of the rest of the world just can't admit that they aren't brave enough to fight for it and keep it.

They hate us for our freedom, they hate us for our prosparity, they hate us for our power. They need to examine the actions and ideology that got us where we are. It wasn't without cost, and it wasn't without labor, and it wasn't the sacrifice of our brethern. We worked hard and long for what we have. We buried many in foriegn land to free others, we buried our own to preserve our country, and our Republic. We learned to fight for the right to rid ourselves of a dominent Super Power with homemade arms and the bravery and will to be free. We beat them down again, and again until they left us alone to make this thing called the Republic.

The leftists in this world will always hate us, they don't like the sight of a cowboy riding on the range, they don't like a man standing tall on his land, they don't like a free people deciding the way of their country, and most of all, they hate a man's free will, and they hate that flag.

Let their hate eat them up, as for me, give me liberty or give me death (the Honorable Patrick Henry, of Virginia).

The United States need not worry about hearts and minds in foreign lands. If Germans wish to use anti-Americanism to absolve themselves and their parents of the great crimes of World War II, they will do it regardless of what the United States says and does. If Muslims truly believe that their long winter of decline is the fault of the United States, no campaign of public diplomacy shall deliver them from that incoherence.
