The measure would extend the federal death penalty to TERRORISTS who sabotage a military or nuclear facility that causes the DEATH OF AMERICANS & hold them without bail!!! DUH!

RICO was to be used against Mafia, and ended up used against pro-life protesters and as a tool to confiscate cash. The bell tolls for you.
