W had been in office for less than 9 months--inauguration day was mid-January 2001. So how could W foresee 9-11-01? If anything the Clintoons were responsible for 9-11-01. My first question to this man as a government attorney would be: "Why did you find the need to file suit again President Bush for 9/11, and you didn't file suit against President Clinton for the '93 bombing of the WTC, the Kobar Towers bombing, the bombing of the embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, and the bombing of the U.S.S.
