That's because you are a grown up. And Civil. When my kids were little -- we very much liked the Disney Flick "Something Wicked This Way Comes". And in it, one of the two boys says to the other boy: "But.. but you touched the creature's hand!!!" I used to be more grown up, and would overlook idiocies and nasty people to shake their hands. I've gotten so much younger since those days. I don't shake the hands of people who vilify, lie, or mistreat the truth or other people, including myself. I am so much younger than I used to be. :)
