This rooster is in the oven. I'm signing off for the night. I know I'm missing something, but I'm a bit tired. I signed on tonight hoping someone could answer some very simple questions: should abortions be video taped and has anyone ever seen one performed. Less the mumbo jumbo, neither of these questions were answered.

G'night, Chief. I tried to answer what I could, sorry it was not more helpful, or to your liking.

"Freedom Fighters" are just trying to destroy what they consider evil in this world,The Pentagon,The World Trade Center and whatever building they failed to hit.

They hit buses carrying school children, peacemakers working to help people,Muslim Clerics of the wrong brand and their followers, holiday revelers in a nightclub, business people in hotels,Jews and infidels(me and you),equal opportunity for all to be blown up!

They have strong beliefs and the courage of their convictions, though!

Patient privacy precludes all being video taped.Only if a patient agrees. That has been said.

Yep. Fortunately, so do the members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. So also the IDF, and honest Lawmen.

And I think OUR side has a slight advantage...

Thanks, we need it! We've had 50+ knot winds and rain for the past three days.

Makes it hard to walk to the gym.

" Killing a living human being, a fetus, a dog, a lab rat and a mosquito are not all equally bad. Not all killing is murder. There is a hieracrchy of killing and what Hill did is far worse than what even an abortion doctor has ever done. Get a grip on reality you fool."

The world according to Dave. So in your bizzaro reality you rank an unborn child one notch above a dog. I think you'd rank between the dog and the mosquito.

Oh, I'm a regular at the Canteen, have been since it was established.

What I'm NOT looking forward to is the winter. This is SUMMER weather right now.

"You may question it but deciding to execute a man who you believe guilty of murder is not allowed by the Constitution.Show me where the Constitution grants anyone the right to do this."

Show me where Constitution grants you the right to butcher your unborn child in the womb. The pro-murder crowd at NARAL would certainly be proud of your rabid defense of abortion.

"Show me where Constitution grants you the right to butcher your unborn child in the womb..."

Hyperbole aside, the answer is at post #308. The descisions involved were well within the Constitution's rules regarding the judiciary, and have been affirmed repeatedly by many different courts, and backed by legally passed legislation.

Strange, now defending the Constitution and our system of laws and government with actual evidence and fact is now defined as "rabid".

Don't waste your time with Godebert. He has joined with all his long bearded, camo clad beer buddies in his trailer park to vote for the Constimatooshin Party - a strange mess of warty people devoted to the cause of governing America via the Articles of Confederation according to their interpretation. Failing that, they'd accept the 1861 Confederate Constitution, because under that document, them uppity blacks would know their place.....

SOMEONE has to point out the fallacies of the "The Constitution Doesn't Allow It!" crowd.

Taking positions based on fantasy is never a good thing. When it comes to law and government, one MUST learn to handle reality, or be marginalized.

That was a reply to your noting that the man killed with the doctor and the woman shot were conveniently left out of the conversation.I was pointing out they might be considered by the appoving fans of Hill as guilty by association with the doctor or collateral damage. My poor attempt to think as the approvers of Hill's actions do!.

I know. It also seems as if they apply it to anyone who supports Constitutional provisions they don't like. Simply doing that will result in cries of "Baby Killer" regardless of your personal feelings about abortion.

Such are their powers of reason.

Godebert has a problem interpreting my posts...I would hate to see his learned interpretation of the Constitution or our form of government that it establishes, including the judiciary who enforces the law and our state and federal congresses who make the law.The judiciary interprets the law and that's where it can get very controversial ,causing pain, outrage and consternation!Sometimes we get lucky and have the law changed or improved.Sometimes we vote the offending lawmakers out of office!
